I can see you’re struggling with disinformation. Here are some pointers to help you:
1) Trees are tracked by the USFS and equivalent agencies / organizations (edit - NASA only monitors height)
2) When something sounds ridiculous, ask yourself, is this a reliable source
3) Breitbart was cofounded by a convicted felon

Trust that helps!

She's right up there with that little muffin from Houston (what's her name) who wanted to know if the Mars rover could get a picture of the Apollo flag to prove to wasn't faked back in 1969 by the democrats administration...

Gawd, what was her name?

Or Hank Johnson and Marines tipping over Guam.

Yeah, we elect a lot of Scientist types to Congress..

Cynthia?

Not Shiela Jackson Lee, although she's fucking stupid enough to say something like that too...

There is the video

That article is shit. Basically just posted a Twitter post and even the comments.

As a forum post, I'd say it would be fine. As a supposed journalistic piece of writing....not so much

The video is on Twitter.

It's only 19 seconds long, so there's no context for her question and how it relates to the presentation. She's asking if their data can be correlated to environments where different races are concentrated.
So firstly, that was nearly three years ago, why are you suddenly fretting now?

Secondly, presuming this is genuine - you do get the point about inequality, displacement, redlining and the rest of it that she’s referring to? Trees = greenspace = space and health
It’s a valid point that those from ethnic minorities are more likely to face deprivation of greenspace as well as other needs

Here's a simple thing you can do about it. Go downtown to any major metro and LOOK at how many people live there in highrise apartments. LOOK at how densely they're packed into the area.

Notice too that it's a CITY with a governing administration which has the power of eminent domain and controls the public purse.

Notice how the CITY doesn't seize lands to create open spaces asnd instead approves permits for more highrise apartments.

And finally, notice the political makeup of the members of the city administration.

NOW you know why things are the way they are.

I'm not fretting about anything, I just posted the link.

Are you saying people in deprived areas don’t vote for representatives who will address housing problems?
Or thinking about Republican negligence like THURA?

Nope.

I'm saying that WORDS will never solve the crisis which exists in the inner cities where dependency on the government is a way of life. Until the people who run those cities actually DO the things they promise, there will be no change no matter how often people like you point your finger and try to play blame "whitey" and "the rich" for it.

They are gerrymandered out of relevance.

Try reading my posts before you try to accuse me of blaming “whitey”. Advocating for equality doesn’t equal racism or blaming a particular race or whatever tf else your conspiracy theorists tell you to believe
Now I can see why people just ignore you
