First of all, let me say welcome to Lit!

Secondly, if you do a search on bestiality, zoophilia, or K9/K9 sex you'll be surprised at how many threads there really are. Off hand, I know there have been threads in the Personals, The Playground, How To, Story Ideas, and even Amateur Pic Feedback. I'm pretty sure the General board may have had one before also, but not positive.
