A local woman is on a crusade to sanitize her daughters juvenile crime record. In fact this state already cleans slates for young adults with juvenile records, if the crimes weren't too OMG! I'm guessing she has armed robbery or aggravated batteries or attempted murders to her credit. She cant get a license to teach or nurse or be a cop. Its so unfair, says ma.

Its up to the beholder of what should be public record to decide if little sally was just guilty of a youthful indiscretion or a budding psychopath.
