Justice League possibility

Would anyone be interested in doing a Justice League...or at least DC comics character-based thread? It'd probably be a very modified Justice League if a lot of women wanted to join (since there aren't that many women in the original League, but that could definitely be altered).

If anyone's interested just post here and when we have a descent group of people we can get going with it. Superman is already taken by yours truly, but right now everyone else is up for grabs. Also, feel free to share ideas on plot, villians to be used, etc.

I would be glad to join, but the deal is that I'm not really familar with the female Justice Leage people except Wonder Woman and I dont really want to be her. The only other DC characters I can think of are people like Lois Lane of Superman and a few Batman people (Cat Woman is my favorite, but also like Bat Girl)

Well, any DC character will do. Catwoman would be perfect, especially considering here seemingly inherit good side. Glad you're up for it.

Well, Storm isn't exactly a DC Comics character...but I guess it's all for fun and games anyways, so Storm it is. By the way, Cherry, if you don't want to be Catwoman and you have a Marvel character that you prefer more, you can choose to be that person.

Alright, so we have a group of four people, that's pretty good to start, I suppose.

So what do we want the plot to be? Having to stop an attack from Lex Luthor but discovering it's a trap and then being forced to do depraved acts of sex?

Any other ideas?

you hear on the news how in the new superman movie.. they are wanting to make lex luthor a bald black guy? apparently, people are complaining that it's just a character.. and it shouldn't matter what background / color the person playing it is. I think that's a crock of shit though.

that's like taking the little mermaid and making her black.

I don't care about peoples color or anything.. but, don't warp something that's already been made. that's like making Superman be played by Denzel Washington. just wouldn't look right.

btw.. Denzel was actually thrown in the hat to play Superman. you believe that shit? so was Russell Crow! If either of that happens.. I will go apeshit :-/

I think I can dust off the cape once more, take on a nice Superman role for this.
Someone has too, with all of these lovely ladies running around the Justice League it will take some sort of super power to please them all.

Vixen, have you seen the list for Superman candidates yet? My god, I would rebel if any of them got the job. Keanu Reeves, Jude Law, Heath Ledger? I mean, hell they picked these guys from a hat and just ran with it.
The only one I saw that was semi-decent was Matt Damon, but I think I would rebel the movie if he got the part anyway.
In all honesty, I think Denzel would make a better Superman than any of the other guys lined up for the part.
Only they can't, because Anthony Hopkins is already lined up for the dad.
Such a shame Edward Norton couldn't do it. He's a little short for it, but still I'd pick him over Heath any day.
