Okay my wife made me sit down with her and watch Sister Act again. I still find it a funny movie, but,,,,,,,

I absolutely love the character of Sister MAry Roberts. She's cute, she's innocent and she has a great voice. I would take away her innocence in a heartbeat. (Mrowr!!!!)

I do love that movie too. Some great lines, enjoyable music.

I've used that character to demonstrate proper singing technique to youngsters before, actually. A shame, though, that it really does take more than pushing in your stomach a bit to make those high notes sail out.

I've helped quite a few people learn to sing who said that very same thing at one time, Cat.

I'm a total sucker for a woman with a voice, and I'd give my left testicle to be able to sing in a rock band, an opera, a Broadway musical, hell even a karaoke bar. In my acting experiences, I've had enough to know that holding an audience in your hand with a compelling song has to be a rush with very few comparables.

From my experience, that takes 10% voice and 90% verve.

Andrea Robinson was her singing voice. Robinson hasn't done a great deal of acting, but did have voice credits in both Sister Act movies.
