Im new here and just wanted to introduce myself. my names sarah and i live in san diego. im going to school next fall and im working at a book store to save some cash before i go. i dont know you guys and im kinda scared.

Let's be straight here I'm against pedophilia in RL. However I happened to watch Dateline and the perverted justice episode. I have to say what they were doing amounts to entrapment in my book.

Entrapment is wrong, period.

When you have a "child" saying that she/he is experienced and loves to suck cock or what have you, who then encourages a meeting and so on, sure it takes an idiot to fall for it but it's not like many of those people pushed the envelope, no it's the perverted justice folks and Dateline who did that.

If there wasn't some seemingly willing "child" out there and TONS of folks on the Internet obsessed with this, which makes those people feel that their desires were at least shared most of them would stay in the closet and NOT go to someone's house like that.

As I've stated before having fantasies that are not acted on is okay in my book.

Dateline and perverted justice want me to be afraid of the guys they can reel in. I'm not worried about these guys. They can't "get" my kids because my kids would never agree to meet them. My kids would not keep talking with them if the guys brought up such things. Even if I was wrong and my kids did, it would be hard for my kids to arrange such a thing because of the way their lives are structured.

No, if I'm going to be worried about someone it will be the people kids do come into contact with in real life. The ones you don't suspect, the family members, teachers, counselors, other kids who are being molested and carry out the same on others, and so on. It's the serial molesters that no one suspects, those are the ones that worry me. I have some experience with those sort. They are insidious little maggots that creep everywhere and who should be terminated with extreme prejudice which is really too good for them but all I have the stomach for.

I'm there with you. First off the only computer with internet acces is in my living room. I eventualy wanna get my kids a computer, but it wont' have interent access. I want to know everything that they're looking at.

Second, my kids don't go anywhere without me know EXACTLY where they'll be and who else will be there and how many adults, etc etc. The chances of them going somewher to meet a pedophile are slim to none. I've got family who I won't leave them with, why would I leave them with someone I barely know who might not keep a good eye on them. I'm one of those mothers who never drops her kids off at birthday parties and leaves. I stay and watch my kids.

Im a lot more worried about people that they meet day to day. My cousins children were molested, by the contractor they hired to do their house. They trusted him into their house and he took the first chance to molest the kids. *shudder*

And then their's school. Their's only so much trust there. I trust her teacher not to molest her, but I dont' know how close an eye she keeps on her. That's why we talk. I ask who she's meeting at school, and what they did, and things like that. If someone new shows up on the scene I guarantee I'll know.

Well my kids do have Internet access. They also know what to do if someone starts up with them. However, honestly now, I know what I was like at 16. I might have arranged meetings if I had the Internet back then. If I had access to the porn and such they do, I'd so be looking at it. I think curiosity is normal in kids. That's why we talk about these things together because I believe porn can give you a totally warped view of sex. I believe most humans are driven to have secret physical meetings with others to validate themselves too.

I was also once molested and threatened by a contractor among a few others.

My daughter was once molested by a kid in her classroom and the faculty didn't do anything to help even saying my little one was naive like that was an excuse. (The child's father had power in the community. So the child was called merely, rambunctious.)

I have long made it a point to be there or have my husband be there for any meetings the kids have with any groups which is how I became a Girl Scout leader. To me, kids are treasures that we work going those extra miles to teach. The goal is that they can be happy and control themselves. They are to be set free to fly away at the earliest possible date. They can always come home for comfort and love, they just can't stay , LOL!
