the easiest check would be to disconnect the camera and reboot then try to hook it up again. If that doesn't work you may need to reload the driver for the camera. We got to get this fixed, we cannot miss your pictures..

Do you have the cd that came with it? If not you can usually go up on the website for the device and look under downloads or product support and they should have the drivers for your camera...
