I heard from Mel last night.

Things are going fairly well for her but she's very busy.

She's still quite overwhelmed by what happened.

When things get less hectic, she says she'll drop by.

I wouldn't expect that she's totally come to grips with it all yet, but if she's staying busy and things are going fairly well, that's good to know. Hearing about people successfully dealing with upheaval in their lives reassures me.
