Very little time for it these days.

A recent dinner.

Tastes as good as it looks.

Ham, Green Peppers, Mozzarella, Avocado??? Do I see bacon under there??... do tell!! Yum

I can't get into turkey bacon, it offends the purest in me. I try to curb my bacon intake, but when I do indulge, I indulge.

Zucchini is another hurdle for me. I'm not sure if it's the texture, but the taste has never appealed to me. Perhaps I should give it another try. I've found as I age, my pallet has changed ... for many things.
