Just earlier today I signed up for the Editor Program and was recently approved. And I just got my first request for an edit! This request was sent to me from the Literotica Editor Program <noreply@literotica.com> and the email contained the requester's message. However, the email also instructed: "If you would like to work with this user, please email them directly." However, in the portion of the email that lists the writers "Email Address:", it just shows their usename again. No @whatever.com. So, I'm uncertain as how to proceed. Did I miss something here? Or is it possible that the writer never included an email address as part of their profile and therefore it's not possible to email them? I thought about messaging them through the forums (since I know their username) but I have participated in the Editor program before as a writer and the Editor always replied to my request with an email. What gives?

You can’t reply direct to the mail, it gets lost. There are two options, try sending a PM to the user through the forum, but be aware many writers don’t belong in the forum, they just use the story side.

The alternative is to click on the link in the email after “User's Literotica Member Page:” and send a message there asking for their email.

When sending a message using the Lit profile, you don’t have to enter a reply email. Obviously if you want a reply, then it is needed, but not everyone realises that.

Ah, this is exactly as I suspected--that they hadn't set up their profile appropriately. I will try to contact them through their member profile. Thank you for your help!
