how long does it take for a story to be rejected or approved? I believe I read somewhere that it should/could take up to 72 hrs(not sure if weekends are included in that time frame or not) In anycase I submitted a story last Thursday and have yet to get either approved or denied. When I login it says currently pending. I know there are but so many editors and an infinite amount of stories to read but If anyone could provide me with a better approximation it would really be appreciated. BTW, the name of the story is the Bachelor Party and I submitted it under the transexual/crossdressing genre. Thanks again!!

It can take up to a week (7 days), but I think the normal wait time is about 5 days. When there is a Contest going on, the contest entries tend to get posted faster in order to make sure people get a chance to read/vote. That means that there might be a backlog of stories to vet before posting.

I suspect your story will be up tomorrow or Thursday.
