Who on the board may be deaf?

Who may be blind?

Who may be pecking the ole keyboard with some sort of hi-tech pencil?

Maybe a pencil attached to one of your toes?

How about a "voice activated" sort of thing?

Anybody?

Ya know I figure that some percentage of lurker's may be challenged in some way.

This is your chance guys and gals - to let ole Sparky know yer out there.

There must be somebody. You don't have to "explain" anything - there's nothing to explain.

Just wanna say hi.

Hi! Now - say hi back please.

PS - I forgot.....

Feel free to e-mail me direct.

I certainly understand. And I'm real good at keepin' this shit guiet.

Ask anybody - really.

Hi Sparky, sorry none of that applies yet...just wanted to say Hi..

I know we have at least 2 blind users, as they've written me before. One uses speech synthesis software to "hear" the web, the other is legally though not totally blind, and uses a specially magnified screen to view us. I don't know if we have any deaf people here. If we do, inttroduce yourselves! We don't bite...too hard...

I think they are all still at the games Spark ma man.

Disabled Hoops Team Wasn't Disabled

BONN, Germany (AP) - The Paralympics suspended all intellectually disabled athletes Monday after most of the championship Spanish basketball team in Sydney was found to have no mental disability.

The Spanish team last month was ordered to return its medals after the Spanish Paralympic Committee concluded only two of 12 players on the team had a mental handicap.
Spain enjoyed its most successful Paralympics at Sydney. It finished third in medals with 107, including 37 gold.

Legally blind due to a deteriorating genetic defect. I use my windows accessories to make most of my screen big. If it's still not big enough, I use the magnifier.

I'm epileptic. The Stud is 100% disabled with PTSD. Does that satisfy your rather morbid curiosity?

I got a fan letter about my audio story from a blind person. It was pretty cool.

I'm a bipolar manic-depressive with anxiety disorder, seasonal depression, agoraphobia and (recovering from) juvenile skitzophrenia. It's more disabling than it sounds.

Does emotionally challenged count......

Just wondering.....hypothetically,ya know?

Morbid huh?

I used the word genuine twice.

Besides, I've never had sex with an epileptic - I'll bet you'd give me a fit!

I dunno Sparks, the ride might be too wild for you.

I have a sinus infection, and recurring bouts of malaria every two or three years. (Yes, I forgot to take the big yellow pills.) Does that count?
