Hi I'm new here too, saw that no one has replied to this post...but if I remeber right it's pretty much the same one from the "Newcomers say hello" thread...at least that's what I think it was called, there's like over 2000 replies on it! I don't remember what I posted on that thread but I'll put a little about myself here too. I'm also a bi female. I'm also new to the idea of BDSM, but looking into some of the things I've found interesting in the past it's something I've been curious about but never brave enough to explore into (mostly I suppose from media stereotypes of it) I think I'd have to say 2 things really led me to explore my interests here. My first curiosity started after reading about half of "120 Days of Sodom" I didn't get to finish it because the semester was ending and the library wanted their book back...I haven't found it since. I guess I should have payed the $10 it would have been to buy it from the library. Then most recently I met and married a man who is also interested. I've never bothered to ask what his experience is, but I know that he has fantasies of being Dominated over and had not yet found a woman who would take control. I learned that one of the biggest things I enjoy about sleeping with other women is the control they give me over them...that and they're yummy, but mostly the control. I guess I'm a bit of a woman-on-top type! So I came to this talk forum to learn a bit more about what BDSM is about to help me look past the stereotypes they show on tv! I like it here, the people are friendly and helpful and the library sticky has some great links!
