What a crazy week. On Tuesday I thought it was Wednesday, on Wednesday I thought it was Tuesday and today I haven't got a clue what day it is. sheesh..

I need a long long vacation in an exotic location with a hunk.

WOW It is 97 degrees outside... thank goodness it is a dry heat, if any humidity existed we would all keel over. It is so weird that it is snowing in the midwest and this hot out here. The place to be must be halfway between us. LOL

And now it is Thursday and 90 again. LOL Wanna bet tomorrow will be 50, I am taking the kids for a tour around the harbor.

Did you hear about the Padre game? something like 22 or 25 innings or something crazy like that for a 2-1 score. Longest Padre game I ever attended went 17 innings. I thought that was a long game.. sheesh.

I was talking to someone about sports and mentioned I had quit following sports in the 70s and that the players today were the kids of the people I watched play ball. Then I mentioned that I remembered when they built the stadium when the Padres joined the major leagues. which is not the latest stadium they build in downtown San Diego a couple of years ago He frowned for a moment, did the mental math and then nodded. I guess I am not the only one that forgets how old I am. LOL

Heck I saw the Cubs play when the players were Ernie Banks and Billy Williams. of course I was a kid. You were probably a couple of rows over on the bleachers being held in your parents arms <grin>
