i frequently stay up 'til mid of night and get up between 5:30 and 6 and I only drink one double shot coffee a day.

Ok...I like the taste of coffee too. Frappecino, mochas, lattes, and straight up black coffee.

Uh, well, you know, you could cut back your addiction just some and uh even maybe go to sleep earlier? I know staying up late is almost a prerequisite here on Lit, but some of us do it LOL

Eh, I normally down't sleep well any way so caffeine is really not doing me any more harm. There are worse addictions.
