personally I think it should be about 30, lol... too many drunk 20+ years olds hang out in the parking lot of the sports bar across from my place yelling and laughing at one in the morning.

If I was a cop I would sit in front of my place between midnight and 2 am.. then hand out dui tickets as they start to leave the parking lot. lol the city would get rich.
