I somehow managed to miss this yesterday. I think this is actually worse than something I would have come up with.

......the day I viewed 6 properties in my interminable house-hunt (I am now an expert, and can wither an estate agent with one look and one devious question). Some of these places defy description!!!!

The day I went for my longest walk in a long time since a knee injury, and survived.

The day my walking companion and I returned to the car park, to discover the gates locked and her car inside, which meant an extra walk back to her home and my car, making me 2 hours late for a supper date.

The day I lazily bought and ate the forbidden fish and chips because I had missed supper with another friend (see above).

The day I then soaked my aching body in a deep tub and promptly fell asleep.
