Even for you, this is absurd. In one column, you have people who took up arms against their country in the name of preserving slavery. In the other, you have a hero of the civil rights movement, and our country's first Black president. One of these things is not like the other!

And you are the one who misrepresented your own link. It's no one else's responsibility to read it and see that you were really just making some silly apples-to-oranges comparison.

It's not "forced speech" to require students to wear school uniforms with the name of the school on them.

But apparently this particular judge cannot see past the name Stonewall Jackson to read all the other school names on identical school uniforms touting Bobcats, Angels, Cornhuskers, and more.

What we have here is the inevitable whereby a bigot has attained power and now wields that power against those he perceives as unworthy or are tainted by a stain which actually appears only in the bigot's eyes.

This decision needs (will be) reversed and this judge needs removed from office and prohibited from holding power over others ever again in any capacity.
