Judge Overturns Connecticut Election

Are you really that dumb?

Trump voted purporting to be a resident of Florida whilst he was residing in Washington DC. In the the farking White House. Whilst Mar a Lardo was not registered as anyone's residence.

Do you want me to feed you his ballot paper through the electrons into your computer?

Let's just remind you of your own stupid words:
Anyone caught voting more than once or outside their legal district, or attempting to coerce or advising anyone else into doing so either in person or through any medium, would be subject to a mandatory 10 year prison sentence in Club Fed and lose their Right to Vote forever with no possibility of ever reinstating that lost Right. Any evidence, no matter how insignificant, showing a violation would create an irrebuttable presumption of guilt.

It has now come to my attention that it is impossible to have a rational conversation with you because you have no idea how anything works, including your own mind.

In this instance, the fact that Trump was President does not preclude him from voting in person as a Florida resident because that's where he registered to vote. Elected officials can have residences in DC and still have their domicile or "official residence" in the State where they live. EVERY FREAKING MEMBER OF CONGRESS votes in the State which they represent even if they don't actually reside there the required 6 months of every year because that's where they're registered to vote and living in DC is no barrier or disqualification. Nor is anyone required to have a "home" which is "registered" as their address because homeless people can still vote.

There are children who can understand this yet apparently you're not even at that level of understanding because you don't understand any of it. Or you post the bullshit you post just to get attention and have no intention of ever stopping. Hence my realization that you are impossible to have a rational conversation with.

Ergo, iggy because I'm tired of dealing with your incessant nonsensical crap where you keep trying to prove to the world that you know something even when it's obvious that you don't and never will.

I thought massive election fraud was definitively proven by 2000 Mules and the Arizona election fraud investigation.

Prior to being President, Trump was registered to vote in New York. He was never domiciled in Mar a Lago, which was zoned as a non-residency property.

Let Google be your friend.

I object to the term “overturn” when the result is changed to correct fraud.

Overturn makes it sound like the original result was legitimate and was changed anyway.
Well, if the original election result was proven to be legitimate and, after multiple investigations prove that no fraud occurred, then "overturning" an election is exactly what the insurrection of 2021 was trying to do.

Because no, there was no need to change the result to correct fraud, since investigations prove that no fraud occurred. Had that been the case, then there would have been a constitutionally legitimate case to correct the error and ensure that the rightful winner could claim victory. But, as events have proven (Multiple times, I may add) there was no such fraud in the 2020 election, despite many people desperately wishing that were the case.

The events of Jan 2021 was an insurrection to overturn an election and illegitimately install Trump as an unelected dictator- surely someone halfway intelligent such as yourself can agree with this.

Yet another in a very, very long list of laws Trump has simply ignored.
And to be fair, what he did here happens all the time. But just imagine the uproar from Trump's fans if a Democrat did it. (Or really, even if s/he was falsely accused of doing it.)

It's that last part where the sticking point is. IMO all voter rolls should be purged 9 months post election and all voters required to re-register in person at the registrar's office. No mail or internet in registration allowed and PROOF of residency and ID is required. This alone would eliminate most of the graveyard ballots and ballot box stuffing issues because the voter rolls would only include those who intended to vote in the upcoming election and who could prove their identity and residency.
Hmmm, so in this case-you would like 150 million plus people to all visit in person to re-register?

Would you also like everyone to visit the DMV every two years as well to update their drivers license?? I know that is where I was able to register, and your side is so keen on having an ID.

It would be adding a huge bureaucracy to undertake something like that. Will you support the funding for that? Well over 6,000 people a day (7 days a week) in each state would need to visit in person to re-establish their residency. How many locations will you authorize to open up to accommodate this? How many additional staffers will you appropriate to process all of the paperwork for each of these registrations?

While your desire might have legit intentions, but more doubtful since you know a portion of voters will be less inclined to vote if they have to re-register in person, it clearly has no thought about logistics before you spout off about something like this.

Always looking to get “big government” out of folks lives- here you are putting big government right back in. But again it’s okay because wink wink you believe only your good people will go through the effort to re-register.

So the Derpy voter re-registration bill, introduced tomorrow including all of the financial requirements laid out for each state and where the offsets would come from, would it pass? Unlikely. Why would anyone want to insert this huge expense when it isn’t needed?

At least 5,600 federal-only ballots cast in Arizona 2020 election without US citizenship proof

Arizona is “one of the only states to have bifurcated elections,” said former Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright.

More than 5,600 federal-only ballots were cast in the 2020 presidential election in Arizona, without proof of U.S. citizenship required by the voters who cast them, according to data from the state's counties.

Arizona is a state with the unusual situation of bifurcated elections, in which residents who provide proof of U.S. citizenship can vote in all elections while the others may vote only in federal elections, resulting in ballots cast by voters who haven’t proven their U.S. citizenship.

Arizona law requires residents registering to vote in the state to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

However, after the Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that Arizona must accept U.S. voter registration forms because of federal requirements under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, the state allows residents registering to vote who don't provide proof of citizenship to receive ballots for federal races only.

You might want to pass this on to your posse of non-believers as well.

Took you long enough to come up with something, but looks like now ya got ‘em!

Come back when you can prove any of those 5,600 were not US citizens. That they "didn't provide proof" doesn't necessarily mean anything. Do you carry your passport around everywhere?

You just read the news, you need to broaden your news horizons instead of sitting for a brainwashing every day over at CNN, and MSNBC.

Nice try. You know what, I don’t watch msnbc but I do look in on fox. They’re all amusing in a way. Fox and cnn have the “right wing” and “left wing” hosts respectively. Then they’ll bring on a guest of the opposite party for the panel discussion. But then the opposite party guest argues his party’s position in a manner that somehow seems to ultimately agreeish with the host party position. It‘s an interesting choreography and template but they mirror each other.

You do understand that the voter is the one required to provide the proof when they register, yes? And that the information about the 5600 ballots which were without proof of citizenship comes from the State of Az, right?

So, given the above, at what point to you concede that you're an idiot who can't read or comprehend what you're told?

West Virginia Secretary of State and Gubernatorial Candidate Says 2020 Election Was ‘Stolen by the CIA’

By Jim Hᴏft Dec. 12, 2023 7:30 am

In a recent gubernatorial debate, West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner, a Republican, made the bold statement that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) played a role in stealing the 2020 presidential election from Donald Trump.

According to Warner, this conversation involved a report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and occurred just days before the release of an Oct. 19, 2020, statement from 51 former intelligence officials. The statement suggested that the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop was ‘influenced’ by a Russian disinformation campaign.

“When Mike Morell testified under oath to Jim Jordan that, yes, he colluded with Antony Blinken to sell a lie to the American people two weeks before the election for the very purpose of throwing the presidential election. How does it not get stolen if the FBI covers it up and Mark Zuckerberg pays $400 million to put his thumb on the scale? That’s not fair,” Warner said.

It can be recalled during an interview that Jim Jordan and Kash Patel said that Mike Morrell confessed under oath that the Biden campaign was behind the letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials to suppress the laptop story.
