Judge: Florida cannot charge students non-resident tuition due to parents

<kbate mode>
it has the net effect of helping one particular race (Hispanics) attend college so by definition it is racist. IT'S RACIST, DAMMIT!

You need a comma in the first sentence.

That is kbate mode, mofos.

I assume it's the parents who are hard working but they sure as hell aint Americans. That's the whole point.

No. That has nothing to do with it. The students are American citizens, and they can prove in state residency.

There is a long series of court cases involving homelessness and residency issues in education....they all boil down to basically, if there is a student in your area they are entitled to an education..citizen or not.

They worked hard enough to get accepted into college.

I understand you might think it's difficult but really, it's not hard to get into a public college. You basically have to sign your name. Not to mention it's Florida. Their criteria for acceptance is, shall we say less stringent than others.

Actually it's not. I think ASU has the least stringent standards, all you need is a 1100 on your SAT's.

College acceptance is much more rigorous than it was 20 years ago.

LOL..WHUT?

I'll agree with you on community colleges,

State universities are another matter altogether.

LOL.

So you can cite college requirements?

I have no idea you fucking idiot. How the fuck would I know what some community college in Redneck Swamp, FL requires? My guess would be they require you to be able to make your mark on the app and know how to rassle up some gator tail for dinner. For fucks sake, you're dumb.

That makes sense. When you have no clue what you're talking about, other people are dumb.

Ohio State has an acceptance rate of 68 %
Florida has an acceptance rate of 43 %
It looks like its a lot easier to go to the Ohio State University

The community colleges in Florida give a shit what you know. You take some placement test and if you can not add 2+2, you end up taking 5 non credit courses. They make the money you learn shit.....

But.... If you do make it through the community college you are guaranteed to get in to a state school.
