Computer problems suck. I hope you get them resolved soon.
It always boggles my mind though when they bring in the computer geeks at work to fix a problem that has been deviling you for weeks and they sit down and 10 to 20 minutes later your computer is purring along.

Granted it isn't always that easy but they always seem to get it fixed and you never loose anything.
