Just popping in before I go workout. Can't go for a run coz of stupid ankle So gotta do floor work..which is fine but I never feel like I have worked out when I do that...even if I work so hard I can't move. Weird : does anyone else get that sort of thing with running or something??

My day got a lot better when my driving lesson ended. I was shockingly bad today

Kept trying to drive in the middle of the road...over revving the car (kept forgetting to go off power to change gear...car does not like to clutch and accelerator at same time... trying to take turns too fast.. just your average male driver really

I don't know where you're doing your driving lessons, but it's obviously somewhere I need to avoid for a while.....
(I know, I'm in so much trouble now.....:caning:)

Yes indeed we should hook up soon. I have been delaying it because of unexpected weight gain..something apparently linked to the swollen feet

But thankfully it is dropping back off me..and by thankfully i mean thank god..and so I feel nearer to normal. Plus my new exercise equipment arrives tomorrow YAY I have a rower and stepper arriving so i can get pumping away soon.
