And yeah fits perfect

Lots done this morning. I now have done that fuzzer call..sorted out the rest of my gym stuffs and signed up for the new dance class in my area. So every Monday between 7.30-8.15pm I will be dancing away
And my exercise programme for those who have been taking an interest is as follows:
Every other day run 1K (build up) Needs tweaking on when I might increase that depending on injury healing but hoping to increase by end of May..or may never reach 3K target
Mondays - Dance class
Tuesdays - Local run club in the evening
And possibly PumpFX(whatever the hell that is) in the morning - thinking of signing up to this one after I have been gymming a month
Wednesdays - Circuit training
Thursdays - Spinning in the morning, Aqua fit in evening
Fridays - Pilates in the morning, swimming lessons in the evening (i can only swim 10m!!)
Saturdays - Spinning again or pump fx..dunno.
Sundays - RESTING
Somewhere in there I will fit weight/strength training. Maybe tuesday instead of that class im not sure what they do. Any of you guys have any suggestions..let me know. Oh btw it's totally not lazy to count my run as part of run club right??

Im hoping the design transfers well onto curves. Will have to see I guess. And I added your birthday to my black book so ill think of something to do in mean time
