Do you ever have days where you feel okay until someone says: "How are you?" And you stop to think and you're like..erm i dunno not good..not bad. But you're not really sure why you're not good??

That's how I am today...Like my mood could go either way. Hmmn sorry for being less than cheery. You get honesty here..not always pretty On plus side I think I might run again tomorrow. Having girl stuff this week but should be okay to jog tomorrow. I feel so lazy not being able to work out much coz of cramps and stuff. (welcome to girl world apparently ) If you want me to be less open you can say..ill stop talking abut girl stuff
