How is everyone today? I've just finished a 2 hour work out so im kinda tired and energised at the same time!

I went running for 20 mins and managed to run double the time I did yesterday :) Then when I got back I did some resistance training. Which I am hoping will teach me better breathing control for running because I keep getting stitch from not breathing properly :rolleyes: And then my Ipod kept making me want to dance whilst I was doing that so I finished the resistance and danced for nearly an hour. Shimmying and gyrating in my kitchen so neighbours couldn't see :eek:

C'mon Bethy, me and monsterrboy have baseball practice today! How's it going to look when one of the coaches has a perpetual hard-on caused by a recurring (albeit heavenly) mental image.

That's just cruel and unusual punishment. Oh well. Guess I'll just think about... wait for it... baseball.

Yeah...sexy images vs torture chambers with sleep deprivation and humiliation..yep totally qualifies for cruel and unusual punishment =P :D I think it depends whether it's Junior league or not.. Or at least the difference between locker room joke and prison :eek:

I was practising the splits too..ready for when I join the dance class again (i plan on joining before summer :) ) Hope that helps your baseball focus :devil:

Well ive got my head in a course book now...so better than if i didnt have... And someone asked if I was near end of my course...Ha I wish!
This course runs until October. My undergrad runs until 2013 maybe less..and then 4 years post graduate!

And I am in world of work already..been working since i was 15 :) Just on a sabbatical now =P

I've been busy lately and haven't had a ton of time to spend on Lit so I've mostly been lurking. Definitely like what I've been seeing, hehe.
