My spillage
Last weekend, caught up with an old friend that I used to hang around with, had dinner and went to see a film, the usual. Then she suggested we have drinks after, and cause neither of us can drink and drive - zero limit on provisional licence here- She cutely said she wouldn't mind if we went back to mine...and so the story goes...didn't really have anything to drink once we got back to mine. And kinda just spent the evening, and most of the night actually, naked =P haha.

Ive had a low sex drive this week. No play at all! Im somewhat actively avoiding it...weird for me to be honest. I havent done anything online...and i tend to ignore anything blatantly sexual in my pm box.

Control is good. I have had a lot of issues from losing that control. But mainly from trying to avoid being too controlling I swapped to the dark side Cant win!

My sex addict stuff was about letting go of control. I dont control my sexual desire as much as I try and recognise true desire from something else. A lot of my sexual desire stemmed from somewhere totally different. i know im being vague so i hope it makes some sense

So now I am practising being aware and spending a lot of time cold turkeying against my other addictions. Fun being me lol especially since all i have is uni work to distract me My exams are in october and i have a lot of work to do!

Lol hahaha, yeh, I mainly game or watch movies to distract myself. Recently, I have come to the conclusion, I need to start excercising properly, getting fit. Maybe go to the gym, bulk up a little. dunno, just thoughts I'm thinking about.

i go to the gym too Classes and then spend a lot of time rowing or cycling since im not allowed to run. Helps me think more clearly...wish it would shift some weight faster though
