The teacher said to us all to have a bath and take some pain killers because it will hurt in the morning. And i figured would be okay..maybe minor aches.

OMFG!! I cant move my right arm to shoulder level because a move we did where we slammed to the floor stretched all the muscles on that side of me.

I can't bend down or go to sit without wincing because she worked all the muscles in my thighs and ass. Next time...listen to the teacher!!

Hi Bethy. I think we were looking at normal from different perspectives. The "normal" people I see around me are indeed boring. That shouldn't be normal, but it seems so often it is. I always look for ways to be spontaneous or creative because tht allows me to move away from normal and enjoy life a bit more.

Sounds like your day went pretty well. Glad for you. My day was pretty relaxed. Worked in the yard a bit. Listened to music, lay in the sun and was generally useless. Back to work tomorrow though, sigh.

How are you? Glad your dance class went well. It's been pretty hot here, too. 90 yesterday and maybe today too. I hope you have a wonderful day today.

Well aside from mortal pain, dance class was excellent We were doing advanced moves and I nearly managed to do splits despite being super unfit and inflexible. Just need to re-loosen the limbs again..i could do them properly last time I danced. And I can still remember the routine today which means I can practise the bits I was unsure of

Weather cooled a bit today, thank god. Had my first driving lesson for 4 years today Went really well. The only times I struggled were when I was thinking too far ahead and couldn't remember what to do before (since i was behaving liek was second nature..its not lol) Only real mistakes were using clutch foot to brake..that was interesting! Jolt.. And I clipped curb going around a corner but nothing major. I maintained good distance behind tractor on country lane...surprisingly difficult because the road gradient was always changing.

How's you aside from sunning yourself?

Aww and for once I have lots of stories to go with being asked lots of times Busy day it turned out to be today.

Docs, opticians, driving lesson, gym appointment, parents, furniture removal, nap (lol), work and now lit and emails

Not going to be happy Tuesday night. Gotta fast from 9pm..only water, plain water allowed until after docs appointment at 730am wednesday. And then Ill buy a big bacon roll Or just have banana lol

psshhh that is what a theasaurus is for and that sucks, i haven't had a snowballing day in awhile lol the hardest part of my day is sitting in class for 2hrs listening to the teacher ramble on about computers and restrating myself from saying "just teach us about word so i can get outta here faster"

Hey Beth. Glad you had an interesting day. Hope you'll be able to move properly soon. good luck with the driving lessons. It will be worth it when you have your licence and can get out on your own. I'm actually suprised anyone can drive over there, what with sitting on the wrong side of the car and driving on the wrong side of the road. That would never work over here.
