Sounds like a great plan to me!

I got my drawing done for this mornings class. Long day in one class for 7 hours, but when that's behind me, it's pool time for me. It's supposed to be a nice weekend and I'm playing golf in the morning. :)
 
Good morning everyone.

It's 5:45 and Im sitting here wondering why I'm awake so early on a Saturday morning. I love playing golf but am thinking this is crazy. :) I guess its good, I'll be home by noon or so, but geez. At least I'll get to see some buddies I haven't seen in a while so it will be worth it in the long run.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. :rose:
 
Golf was great. Couldn't have asked for a better morning weather wise and it's always good to see friends I haven't seen in a while. I hit the ball pretty well and actually won a couple of dollars along the way....hehehe

Got home and began a huge pot of spaghetti sauce as I'm going to have about a dozen guys over tomorrow for Football Day @ Johns' House. Looking forward once again to getting together, drinking a few, eating too much, and yelling at the TV with the crew!

3 1/2 pounds of meatballs, about 20 italian sausage links, 2 pounds of pork ribs shredded, and it's now been simmering about 6 hours. Another 6 tomorrow and we should be good!

I am having a wonderful weekend, yesterday I had to smile a lot (and stifle a chuckle or two) when offspring was preparing to go to a party. Youngest did eldest eyes, and told her her eyes were too small for a proper 'smokey'. Eldest protested her eyes were just as big as youngest's.

And today the sun has been shining since the early morning! It even is warm enough to sit on the balcony. Behind the windows, but still ... Offspring is still asleep!

John, that sauce sounds absolutely yummy!
 
Good morning Dutchess! So glad to hear your weekend is going well. :) Sunshine is always a good thing and those kids sound priceless!

Sauce is simmering, and my paper is done. Now just a couple small assignments before the guys begin stopping over and I'm going to be in good shape.

There are. A tramp, a pool, a well-stocked bar, a grill, nice company and a wonderful host!

Off for a few days next week though...lots of relaxing and good food!:D
