Hi Sunbunny. The lab was great. I developed a roll of black & white film I shot the other day. Next week I'll finish the individual pictures and if anything good comes of it, maybe I'll post a couple.

Fighting a cold.. but I'll get there.. running on sleep overload right now. Working from home.. jammies are comfy but bed is calling my name from down the hall..lol.

I've been working on my next drawing project all day and think I've made some progress. This one is a colored pencil drawing and I'm supposed to represent who I am with an irregular outline, so I can't have a circle or rectangle, but need to show at least 4 icons to represent myself.

Since I can't show me watching porn, or entertaining myself, I had to dig deep (just kidding) and once I decided the pool wouldn't do it, I think I finally came up with some interesting ideas. We'll find out tomorrow in class as I have to have my concept roughly sketched, which is what I just finished.

Now on to some reading, and then sticking myself in front of the TV as the Bills are playing on national TV tonight. I don't get a chance to see them live often anymore.

*grins* Why do art-teacher always have to set such tasks? The easy solutions are to easy. Why do they make one think deep, search the inner-me? I gave a white piece of paper once. Told her "I am still searching myself."

I thought similar thoughts, then decided I knew who I was and have been for a long time, so I guess I'll go with the flow. I do agre though. This is a design class, and I keep thinking shouldn't my composition and design be more important than a heavy duty subject?

That must be one of the most common allergic reactions. Don't get all worked up about it. Take it easy. You will survive, even if you don't get over it, very well.

John, I was seventeen at the time. Saw some and heard about all the things my classmates were doing. One 'deeper' than the other. And I thought "What the F***?!"
Plus, I already had an aversion to showing my 'deep' to each and everyone around. That is private! I thought and think such themes for projects are very intruding.

At an other time I just cut book covers out of my mom's book club magazine (for post ordering books ?) and pasted them haphazardly onto the black piece of paper the art teacher gave us. Took me only about half an hour to do the job. *grins* I got a 10 for that one!

Santa Ana winds kicking in hard this morning. It's not going to be any fun walking around campus today. Plus, allergies and dust, with a big fire hazard. Hope things don't get too bad.

We went and saw Rush, a story of Formula 1 drivers and we both enjoyed it. It was kind of nice to just kick back and sit with nothing else to do for a couple of hours.
