It's been a long time since I've posted, but all is well. I've been busy with school, am also trying to setup a small photo studio. On top of that, Lit decided to not let me login for a few days so I thought maybe I was persona non grata.

Anyway, I hope to be around a bit more now and look forward to seeing and hearing from all of those I so rudely abandoned.

Had Jury Duty today, 72 cases on the docket and they never called a panel!!! 8 hours of my life wasted doing my civic duty

Jury duty is always a hassle. I managed to be the second person tossed out of the panel on a drug case, right behind the defendant's minister.

That is good! The official term is excused but I didn't want to be there and played up the whole 'raised my kids as single mom' due to ex hubby's drug addiction and since it was a drug case I was excused. Work didn't pay me to be off for jury duty so would rather be there then sitting in court.

Frenzied, yes. And it will even get more so if I don't start with the dreaded window cleaning soon. For some reason it is the household chore I dislike the most. Which is why I left it for today anyway. The rest is done. Some dusting tomorrow, but that is just a thing I do in-between cooking and setting the table.
