I think any position that requires a lot of stress management, multitasking, bravery, intelligence and/or problem solving are what I find most attractive.
That actually goes for men and women for me. Not that I'm turned on by men in that position in a sexual way, but I can look at men in those positions and see what makes them attractive to others in that instance.

People who are good at their work. More precisely, people who know exactly what they are doing. That doesn't necessarily have to be work. It's especially good if it's something I know something about.
Example: I can fell trees with a chainsaw. I've done that a few times and I'm also trained to do it, because I sometimes have to do it for the fire brigade after storms. If a forester comes along and says, good girl, put the felling cut here, then it falls right in between, and when the tree does that, I get wet.
On the other hand, I'm an engineer in my day job. If some over-candied arsehole smelling of aftershave, making my eyes water from the smell, comes into my office and tells me why my project has to be changed due to "commercial circumstances" HERE and HERE... Well, I have the same figures and I know my own work better.
