The Patriots are far more hateable, especially by players in the NFL. Even when up by 40 points they keep in their starters, run the no huddle and throw long rather than run out the clock and show professional respect for their opponents. They report every player injured each week and try to game the system every way possible, Bellichek has zero personality and refuses to be candid with the media. He is 10x the prick that the cocky Ryan is. Oh and that is not even mentioning the spy gate incident. Pretty boy Brady is a great quarterback but an arrogant prick who should be setting an example yet constantly insults his opponents rather than take the high road.. He could learn a lot from Peyton Manning in this regard.
Throughout their history the Jets were always the team with no identity that always had things break against them and got walked over by other blowhards. Ryan was a needed change to that. The ego wore pretty thin but nothing wrong with being confident, especially when you mix in humor and self deprecation. However it is time for him to go. Ryan is the only reason people started to really hate the Jets, and forget about the Patriots who had topped that list in many polls prior to Ryan becoming the Jet coach.

no the code in pro sports and what we try and teach our kids is to call off the dogs when the game is won and easily in hand. you don't show up your opponent when you have thoroughly defeated them, that is how gronkowski got hurt... you don't rub it in by throwing bombs when you are up by 35 with 3 minutes left... that is why the pats are a hated team among nfl players... and the nfl has a long memory..you can't expect to be liked after you show someone up.. the opposing fans hate rex ryan.. the opposing teams hate bellichek
You are so wrong Belicheck is one of the great coaches in history. His job is to run the Patriots. Brady is considered one of the class acts in the NFL. He and Peyton happen to be good friends.
He is a model for the NFL on what hard work and not giving up is all about.
BTW it is Bob Kraft who was instrumental in ending the 2011 work stoppage.

kraft is a great owner... bellichek an excellent coach at least since he got brady.. but a good coach doesnt mean u r a good person or liked.. bellichek is an asshole and it is not even debatable..nothing more to say.. boston fans are way too sensitive
ryan is an asshole too but he does show respect for other teams.. the jets suck which will make them far lower on the hate meter... bellichek is an excellent coach that doesnt think twice when cheating or finding the loopholes to game the system..he is the epitomy of poor sprortsmanship and a poor role model.. this thread was about who is hated most... u can keep him.. the giants showed class and beat him twice
