You have to do more than raise taxes and cut the evil socialist state work week to 4 days a week. Until you start to cut the pension system, the state of CA will never fix their budget!
government workers raped the tax payer, its time that we seized those assets back!
not only do they need to cut pay - for the state of CA worker
but they also must cut 30-40% of the work force!
don't scale the work week back to 4 days a week, hell most of these people actually only do 8 hours of work a week. cut 50% of the government work force and seize their pension to pay down the debt.
fit here is a noticeable drop in service, hire new and FRESH workers and those that WANT to work
