That's alright if I'm on your ignore list. I do not know who this person was but I think 70 is too young. My mother died in her 60's and my dad in his early70's. I'm getting up there. It just seem so young.

The best Tank McNamara strip of all time:

Tank was introducing his color commentator (who happened to be a black man), and he misspoke and called him a 'colored commentator'. Tank then stopped and thought to himself "Did I just say 'colored'?, and after a blank panel of the two of them staring at each other, the commentator came out with a 'DOO DAH! DOO DAH!' and Tank being embarassed.

Ah, sad news. Used to read this strip occasionally when I was a kid, although it was more football-centric in the '80s and I was a baseball head. My fave character was that mad-scientist guy who'd make all these weird sports inventions and contraptions.
