Probably you have forgotten, James, that a while back when I posted a pic of Belgian buns you asked for the recipe. I could find a recipe, however Belgian buns have a peculiarly e number flavour which I feel would be lost in the wholesomeness of homemade. I did promise to pick you up a bun next time I went to the market (where I buy chelsea buns). Unfortunately they had sold out last time I went there, you can see the space where they were as well as the chelsea buns here:

I have been a bit busy picking up shit (literally) in Über Stepford recently however I did not forget your buns and have been able to pick these ones up for you in the Co-op supermarket:

I will continue to keep an eye out in the indoor market, where the ladies at the cake stall do have very nice buns.
