As had been reported over a week ago, a senior White House official is a subject of the FBI investigation into collusion with Russia during the con artist's campaign. That person has now been revealed to be the con artist's Jewish son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

More specifically, meetings Kushner had with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and a Russian banking executive late last year during the presidential transition.

It should be noted Kislyak is the same person Attorney General Jeff Sessions had meetings with during the campaign. He failed to mention these meetings on his security clearance application claiming a) he didn't think he had to do so since he was a U.S. Senator at that time or b) he had been told not to do so by someone in the FBI.

Sessions has also recused himself from the Russia collusion investigation.

The whole damn bunch of toads need to be in prison.

‘Basically a sh*thead’: Ex-Jared Kushner employee explains why he’s unqualified to hold any job

Harleen Kahlon, who worked briefly as Head of Digital at Kushner’s publication Observer, explains to Politico that she quit working for the young real estate mogul when he blatantly stiffed her on an agreed-upon bonus she had earned for meeting certain traffic metrics. When she went to collect her bonus, Kushner told her he couldn’t pay due to financial constraints and advised her to “take one for the team” and forsake the money she was owed.

The publication also cites a Facebook post that Kahlon wrote last year outlining why Kushner isn’t smart or talented enough to hold any job that he’s not handed by his rich relatives.

“We’re talking about a guy who isn’t particularly bright or hard-working, doesn’t actually know anything, has bought his way into everything ever (with money he got from his criminal father), who is deeply insecure and obsessed with fame (you don’t buy the NYO, marry Ivanka Trump, or constantly talk about the phone calls you get from celebrities if it’s in your nature to ‘shun the spotlight’), and who is basically a shithead,” she wrote.

Russian ambassador told Moscow that Kushner sought secret communications channel with Kremlin: WaPo

In a Friday night news dump, The Washington Post revealed that one of the reasons for the increased scrutiny might be from Jared Kushner speaking to the Russian ambassador about setting up secret communications between President Donald Trump and the Kremlin. To make matters worse, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was in the room at the time.

Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak reported back to Moscow about the request made Dec. 1 or 2 during a meeting at Trump Tower, according to intercepts of Russian communications. The meeting was not disclosed to the public until March and the White House claimed it wasn’t significant. Those familiar with the investigation said that the FBI considers it to be significant enough to increase its scrutiny into Kushner and his contacts.

Perhaps enough to send him up the river like his old man?:)

Given what's come out, there is no way Kushner can stay in the WH, and if Jared goes, Trump will definitely lose what's left of his mind

Unfortunately, we've learned that you can never say never about what either Trump or the Republican leadership in Congress are going to just continue to ignore and cover up.

Ex-CIA head Hayden rips Jared Kushner for ‘ignorance and hubris’ over Russian back-channel overtures

According to Smerconish, “intercepts of Russian communications reviewed by U.S. officials, Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak told his superiors in Moscow that Kushner made the proposal during a meeting December 1st or 2nd at Trump Tower. Also at the meeting, Michael Flynn at the time about to be Trump’s national security adviser.”

Smerconish added, “General Hayden, is this nefarious or naivete?”

“Right now, I’m going with naivete. That’s not particularly comforting for me,” Hayden replied. “What manner of ignorance, chaos, hubris, suspicion, contempt, would you have to have to think that doing this with the Russian ambassador was a good or appropriate idea.”

“Some read this as another sign of potential collusion,” Smerconish suggested. “A more benign explanation is the idea the incoming Trump Administration felt they couldn’t trust the Obama Administration, the intel community or both, and therefore thought they had to go this direction.”

‘Americans can die’: Ex-CIA agent hammers Kushner for ‘criminal’ actions involving Russian contacts

Reid cited the Post‘s report that claimed Kushner was aware of how “politically sensitive it would be to meet with the Russians,” and, perhaps even more stunningly, that Reuters reported that a sanctioned Russian bank could provide the president’s son-in-law with loans in exchange for meetings with the president.

“This isn’t just politically-sensitive — this may just be criminal,” said former CIA special agent Jack Rice, one of Reid’s panelists. “There are people in the intelligence community and certainly prosecutors starting to sharpen their knives here.”

“Let’s think about where we are here,” Rice said. “We’re finally at a place where we’re starting to not see lies but this starts to sound like the conspiracy that people in the intelligence community are petrified about.”

:)

Wouldn't it be hilarious if Kush-kush got convicted of Treason?

The problem with this? It will come down to Kushner taking the fall and Trump remaining right where he is.

I wonder what Ivanka will think of daddy dearest when he pretends that Jared did this all on his own, without his knowledge and watches him go to jail?

Then again if she's eventually tied in? Trump would watch her go to jail for him too.

"GOP strategist admits he colluded with Russian hackers to hurt Hillary Clinton, Democrats
Salon - ‎17 minutes ago‎
The U.S. intelligence community has long since concluded Russia meddled in the 2016 election, and it was reported shortly after the 2016 presidential election that a GOP superPAC linked to Paul Ryan used illegally hacked material to attack Democratic ..."

But why does this only come out after the fact? If it was long since concluded shouldn't this have come out before the election? At least before the inauguration?

I have to say seeing Ryan's name now in the mix is giving me a very warm feeling inside. :D

Hinky details

Kushner reportedly tried to establish such a channel when he was a private citizen.

Kushner did not reveal Russian contacts.

"...the allegation that Kushner — with Flynn in the room — discussed setting up clandestine communications with Russian officials during the transition marks one of the most potentially damaging accusations to date."

Rep. Adam Schiff (R), ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, suggested on Sunday that President Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, may lose his security clearance if he lied about collaborating with Russia to establish back channel communications before the president took office.

The whole thing will remain something of a mystery until we know more about it. However the Post reports that the Russian ambassador was taken aback by Kushner's naivete in thinking that Russia might agree to expose its embassy facilities to an American. Subsequent commenters have used stronger terms than naivete.

Also, everyone agrees that Kushner's multiple meetings with various Russians were withheld from his security clearance application. That's not good.

Trumps cabinet and administration are laying their bodies down, in loyalty. But, the plausible deniability dodge does not seem to be working.

The investigators are demanding documents.

Kushner’s Real Estate Woes Have NOTHING To Do With His Russian Meetings! NOTHING AT ALL!

Jared isnot political he is an Bidness Man! Also a broke Bidness Man!!

So young Jared, who was all of 26, negotiated for his family’s real estate company to buy 666 Fifth Avenue in New York for $1.8 billion. As reported in Bloomberg,

The original purchase in early 2007 was his grand entry into Manhattan — taking the company his father built on suburban garden apartments into a future marked by more prestigious urban properties. Costing a then-record-setting $1.8 billion in early 2007, the building would later become a symbol for a period of irrational exuberance in U.S. real estate, where a belief in forever-climbing rents sent values soaring. The deal was financed with a $1.215 billion loan from Barclays Capital, which was divided and sold in commercial-mortgage bond offerings, data compiled by Bloomberg show.

The deal was a disaster from the beginning. The Real Deal pulled no punches describing how totally out-of-whack the financing was, even after the Kushners brought in Vornado Realty Trust as a partner in 2011.

In plain English, just to pay off the interest on their loan, the Kushners need to convince buyers to pay 25% above the going market rate for their condos. And no one is buying.

But wait, there’s MORE! Because, Wonder Boy Jared signed a deal that included escalating interest payments. Like every other idiot during the real estate bubble, Jared figured he’d be able to refinance later. Except that trick only works if prices continue to rise by 10-20% every year — which they didn’t because that bubble popped in 2007. If Jared had asked your 5DF, she could have warned him. But now he’s up shit’s creek, because no American bank will lend money to a project this far under water. By December, Kushner Company will be paying twice as much in interest as they did in 2011.

In sum, THESE PEOPLE NEED MONEY RIGHT FUCKING NOW.

:D

To follow up on Kushner losing his security clearance:

A Democrat on the House Oversight Committee is calling on the White House to suspend the security clearance of President Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner.

Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Ill.) on Saturday said the allegations that Kushner sought to establish a backchannel line of communication between the Trump transition team and the Kremlin are "disturbing" and called on his panel to subpoena all documents related to Kushner's meetings with Russian officials during the transition.

"The issue is not simply that Mr. Kushner wanted a communication backchannel; it’s that Mr. Kushner sought to pursue one with a hostile power months after American intelligence agencies had collectively acknowledged the Kremlin’s cyberwarfare against the United States," he said in a statement. He also demanded that Kushner testify before the Oversight Committee.

And now some are saying Kushner should take a leave of absence from the White House:

Also that he is looking for funding for his building, and met with a sanctioned Russian bank during the transition.

If Marc Mezvinsky had done anything like this???

Trump’s frustration with Kushner began after he assured the president Comey’s ouster would be a ‘win

One might speculate the Jared is paving the way for Ivanca's inheritance from Trump Co?

Donald Trump’s consternation with son-in-law Jared Kushner started after he urged the president to fire former FBI Director James Comey—a highly controversial move that ultimately resulted in the appointment of a special prosecutor in the ongoing investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. According to the New York Times, Kushner was certain the decision would be a political “win.”

Kushner’s status in the White House came under scrutiny Friday, when the Washington Post first reported he spoke with the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak about establishing a backchannel line of communication between Russian officials and the Trump transition team. The White House has refused comment on that report.

Saturday, the Post reported some White House aides have engaged in discussions over whether Kushner should take a leave of absence as scandals engulf the White House.

Ambassador to Botswana?:)

I think that investigators are going to have to do a lot of the joining of the dots in the Kushner establishing a back channel to the Russians thing (and I think the dots do connect) for this to lead anywhere. There's a lot of legitimate disagreement on whether an incoming administration can legitimately create back channels to other countries or not. Too many legal authorities are saying "yes."
