Thank you for that.. though I couldn't keep orange juice or steak down, and hot anything would have made the migraine worse, so would have a massage.

I'm home from work today, because I couldn't keep painkillers, or even gravol down last night... my migraine kept me awake all night. Finally got painkillers to stay down around 6 am, and got two hours of sleep... I look and feel like hell. I tried juice this morning, which I can't keep down, so I'm slowly doing water.

Ugh.
