I talked to the property management people yesterday and the people are not all the way moved out. It looks like I may have to put out a lot of money and physically evict them before I can clean out the apt. and ready it for new people. It is so hard for me to believe that people can be like this but it is obvious that they can be. They didn't pay rent last month or this and are holding the apartment hostage.

A physical eviction is when you hire a lawer who goes to court and gets a declaration that you have a right to take the sheriff there and get them out. Once that is done, he goes with you and you put all the stuff that is there in the street and anyone can take whatever they want. The police will back you totally because you got the permission to get them out legally. Unfortunately, the process is going to take about 3 more weeks before I can go in there and see what damage has been done and start renovations.

I have a project to work on today as well. I did get out for a bit in the sun yesterday. It was so strange to be in a short sleeve top! The low 70's is a record here for this time of year.

I got out some but regenerated more. It was 78 degrees yesterday which is unheard of for here this time of year. I even got a much needed massage. The massage therapist said that I was very tight (like I didn't know that). I am glad that your project is almost over but I know that you always have another one waiting for you. Try not to work too hard!

Whew! Got through Monday. I swear the phones rang off the hook at work. That is what we get for having a three day weekend.

I talked to my daughter last night and will get to see them in May! They are coming to Portland, OR, to Christen the baby (only 3 hours away from where I live). I will stay in a hotel and hopefully get a few days off work to visit. They will be in town for 8 days. I will then go to Denver in around Labor Day to visit. I can't wait to see my little angel again!!!

Thanks Jacqline I will! They changed it from this Sunday night to tomorrow night, I am really furious about it. They are cutting down on the things the kids get to do for the church and it is really putting a wrench in my getting ready for work tomorrow night and getting some rest! However, Daniel is getting to do his speech, Chris is doing a bible reading, he is not going to get to do his speech and they said that they are going to TRY to get all the chorus' in. And then hand out the awards. Those kids work hard and deserve to get to perform them when everyone can see them. There are not many ppl on Wed night and some of them that DO come do not get there until right before it is over due to getting off work too late! Oh well I got my rant out, we will know tomorrow night how he did on everything. So glad that you will be able to see the baby again! I know you are excited. I am sorry that he won't get to shine the way that you would like him to. I understand how hard they worked for all of this. Hopefully the parents will be able to be there to support their efforts. That is what is most important. I know your sleep will be interrupted for one night, but I would say this is worth it .
