It was wonderful! My sister was feeling well enough to go and did. It was so special.......I had given my sister the best baby girl clothes after my son was born (He was the last child) but she never had children. She saved the clothes all these years and gave them to my daughter. They were in perfect shape. She was thrilled! How many people are able to dress their children in things they wore as a baby?

Wow! That's great!!! I am glad that you all had a wonderful time and that your sister was well enough to come. in The Dr. office just called to let me know that Daniel does NOT have a fracture or displacement in his wrist.

Btw, when my younger brother was a baby my aunt that lived in Alaska sent him one of those terry cloth onsie that snap between the legs and has the little feet in them and it was light blue and white and had a number on it. Since my dad was/is a big Cowboy's fan everyone said that it was his Cowboy football outfit. So every Thu night when Dad bowled on a league we had to go with him, Mom was at work, and that was his official outfit. My mom saved it and my brother's kids, including Amber I think and Daniel all wore that outfit!

Funny how those traditions start but they take on such meaning for everyone. When we were going through the parent's house, I found a toddler's apron with my name embroidered on it. Every once in awhile I take it out and look at it. (Hard to believe I was ever that small )

feeling much better! My sinuses are still bothering me a little bit but even they are getting better. It turned cold here and it is raining and supposed to be all weekend. But I found out last night that I don't have to work my holiday Sunday after all. So I will get to have 3 days off! So now I just have to make it tonight and tomorrow night.

Hope you have a nice weekend. Take care, get plenty of rest and eat some chicken soup just for good measure. You know that gives me an idea. I might make some chicken and dumplings today. Depends on how tired I am. If not, I probably will while I am off.
