I am encouraged because I slept 3 1/2 hours last night in a row and that is a big improvement. I am up for a bit waiting to be able to take another pill and get some more sleep. I didn't get much of that yesterday.

My right shoulder is much better and I am counting on the same thing going for my left one today.

Everyone's love and encouragement has meant the world to me and I am so grateful to have you all in my life.

MagicMan and GE......thanks for your constant love and support......it means more to me than you will ever know. I am trying to wean myself from the pain pills today, so it is a bit uncomfortable but I am going to have to drive later so I can't have it i n my system. I have to get my paycheck into the bank and pick up a few groceries.

I will keep it to just taking pills at night from now on.

I had a nice chat with my daughter last night and that is always good medicine. (As well as my son).

If I miss you, MM, know that you are in my thoughts. I will leave for the bank in 2 to 3 hours after doing some writing, which always helps me to put things in perspective.
