And click on "Log In"

The button for submissions should then be towards the top in the column on the left.

Then, after you've hit "Submissions," you will see two (2) opportunities to submit a story. Armed with the FAQ information, it will be a piece of cake, and you'll still get the formatting wrong somehow, like everyone else.
