I'm sorry I doubted his ability to carry the Falcons in Green Bay. All season long I've been waxing poetic about how great #7 is for Atlanta.

But even I didn't think he'd lead his team to a huge win like he just has.

No way the Falcons are going to win in Lambeau.. in Janurary.. not a chance right? Bzzzzt wrong!!

That game was ugly, and featured quite possibly the single worst blown call I've ever witnessed.

You're right, they didn't lose by a touchdown, but still . . .

That was not simply a "bad call." That call shouldn't have happened for two different reasons. It was atrocious.

Check it weevs, I posted this little tid bit post before last nights game was even over! Hell I've been hyping Vick since the middle of the season when he started carrying my fantasy football teams.

But ya know Weevie Wonder.. Since your here can I get your opinion of the Dallas Stars and Marty Turco?

Oh and you do plan on being here say about juneish or so right? I'm thinking the Stars will be playing still while Eddie and your Maple Laughs do another "Yay we at least made it to the playoffs!" parade

Uhhhh, I don't know. The Stars are having a good year. Their third line center is Jason Arnott. The Leafs are having a winning season and last night skated a first line of Tom Fitzgerald, Aaron Gavey and Alexei Ponikaraovksy.

As for Turco-Belfour????? I think Belfour's the Vezina winner at this point in the year.

No Star is having as good a year as Almo. We signed nobody this year. Talk to me in June.

I mean, Turco's goals against is what? .25 better than Belfours? His save percentage is .03 better.

And Turco plays behind 3 All-Stars on the blue-line, not counting quality guys like Matvichuk and Boucher.

I'm not disputing that the Stars are having a better year, but Ed Belfour has been the best Goalie. Maybe even the MVP.
