I know there's a lot of unrest / dissatisfaction about immigration issues, but I love the Netherlands, and I'd be in heaven with a nice little canalside apartment in Amsterdam.

Outdoor orgies, though? I don't know. What if a family out walking stumbled across them? Or a school trip? Or some old people? Or anyone, really. I'm not a prude, but if I'm out for a walk in the countryside I'm not sure I'd want to walk into the middle of something like that.

I guess it's a case Dutch tolerance backfiring on itself a bit. Maybe it would solve the problem if they had certain areas where people could go and do that?
