i'm eating tons of fruit, whole grains, bio yoghurts etc.
i'm drinking loads of water.
i'm doing an hour of yogalates every day and three hours of brisk walking {my dog is starting to resent me}.

people who are already healthy, come share your wisdom!
if you don't post i'll :insert mwf style abstrat threat: you

Three hours of walking per day?

I'm training for the Portland Marathon in 2007. I eat a minimum of 3 fruits per day. Gotta catch up on the veggies though... not that easy!

I exercise 6 times a week (run 1 hour 6 days + about 5-6 hours per week of salsa dancing).

Water, Grain, yeast..... you may be onto something......

Me too!

I cut out the sugar in my coffee, went to filtered cigarettes and switched to vodka becuase it has no calories. :D

just kidding!! Yay for you!

no go on the running though. my knees are shagged!
i thought about swimming but it's just so expensive here.

Are you going full vegan or only part? It's great if you have the right supplements, but some folks get health problems. Even the Dalai Lama is only part vegetarian. Depends on how well you tolerate it and make sure you supplement your B-12 and stuff.

5 boiled eggs(white only) or a few Ozs of boiled chicken.
always sip on a bottle of water.
put your poddle on lap, and proceed to do ankle raises.

your ass, back, and mid section are flawless. since you have bad knees(who knows from what?) i suggest you wrapped them and do some cardio kickboxing, and do side leg raises(for hips and inner thighs)

Blech. My smoothie only has fruits. I make up by eating lots of salad...

Walking uphill strengthens your knees. I do a lot of that. Walking is one of the best exercises anyhow.

Rub one out once a day.

Or use these when you are walking:
what id the dog heard them rolling around and wanted to play fetch?

veggies are overrated.

walking is for old ppl.

try running in a pool, that should help your knee.

This is a good idea if you really do have bad knees.

A key to being fit is changing your eating habits. Long term. It is a lot easier said than done.

kickboxing sounds fun!
but getting out in the evenings is hard so it'll have to be with a dvd.

been doing lots of the leg stuff you suggested, with a resistance band. i think that and the walking are starting to pay off.

got my water bottle with me, only eat egg whites anyway...but the dog is WAY too big to sti on my lap.

well, if you mix it with strong flavoured fruit you really don't taste it. carrot & orange mix perfectly. tomato & kiwi go ok too.

plenty of hills *takes note*

Definitely B-12 in haggis. Sounds like you've got it covered. And oatmeal! Bonus.
