And now the flow is ebbing. I hate that cause one of my nostrils is stuffed up and the other one isn't and it's just really weird to breathe.

When you say "high quality snot" are you basing that on consistency or color?

This is going to sound really weird, but my therapist told me about something that will help clear/clean out sinuses. I haven't tried it, but here it is. Mix 1 part salt & 3 parts water. Get one of those bulb syringes like you would use to clear a baby's stuffy nose. Fill the syringe with the mixture, squirt it up your nose & let it drain out. It sounds gross & probably is, but it might help. Good luck.
