I remember participating in the long hallowed thread about BDSM and I'm so glad to see that the subject has it's very own board

There's something about this topic that tickles my fancy and I'll continue to hang out, read, post and ask silly questions if that's ok.

With one thing and another I never did get to go through all of the links I picked up from that monster thread, but I'll continue to read and learn.

Anyway, hello again everyone - see ya around.

Welcome back. There have been lots of changes, as you can see. We're no longer just a thread, unweildy and way to loooong for anyone to read all the way through. Laurel gave us this forum a couple months ago and we've been running with it ever since.

It's always good to see once more those who've been a part of our fabric, and then gone away. We wonder about you who do that.

i'm a new kid here, but i can testify that the natives are more than friendly. They haven't kicked me out for my ignorance. Quite the reverse, they hauled me in, set me down, and have answered every question.

i've only been hanging out here for just short of two months, so we've never met. i didn't realize 'til just now that this forum was so new. It has developed into the most wonderful "family" i've ever been part of.

Your avatar "Eddie"(?) is outrageous! in the finest sense. i hope to see more of it. i welcome you. (if you don't like roses, perhaps the thorns are to your liking <old joke>)

And, Blue? Eddie the avatar is a picture of Eddie Izzard, a British stand-up comedian. He's *brilliant.* His HBO special, "Dressed to Kill," is laugh-until-your-sides-hurt hilarious. He also appeared in the Monty Python 20th anniversary tribute at the Aspen comedy festival, and he's playing a silent film star (Chaplin, maybe?) in Cat's Meow. Look for him...he's gonna be huge, if there's any justice in comedy.
