Itunes Problems

For those of you who know me, you know that my house burned down on the 10th. My main iTunes library had been on my desk top computer. But now I need to transfer everything to my laptop so it can sync with icloud. Any help would be appreciated.

New Problem: I have music that I ripped from CDs that I ha in my collection. Now it won't authorize the transfer for them. Does anyone know how to get by this?
