Maybe... I think... pretty sure.

-sighs- Ok, so, I am not entirly sure. Contractions are getting closer, discomfort level higher. -sighs- Could be. Then again, could just be false labor. I am waiting paitently for this lil one to decide. But, just in case I am suddenly absent for a few days... well... you know why. :)

Yippee! Ok can we do anything? Are you feeling ok. Stupid woman of course she isn't
what do we do? I am staying up late tonight! *Big hug*

*Woohoo*

gilly if you walk and its gets better then its false but know matter what you do and its still there then your in labor... Hay hun just let me know if you need any thing pm an let me know witch hopital....
and I'll give you a call

Well, if it is even time, it is still way early. Likely won't even go in, or worry bout going in, for a few more hours. Right now, I tried laying down... that didn't work. Contracations make it impossible to get comfy, though, sitting up isn't better, either.

I just hope this isn't false labor. I was in the hospital with Chris 3 times between Christmas and New Years when I was pregnant with him, thinking it was time. Now, difference there, I was having contractions, but they didn't hurt at all. These ones do. Not much, just enough to be uncomfortable. Maybe I will try a shower. A bath didn't work earlier, gave me a back ache laying down in that position.

We haven't met but...

A nice shower sounds good. I hope it isn't false labour either. Walking helped me. (Listen to me blithering excitedly you have done this twice aleready :) )
Good luck *kiss* I will keep checking this thread. My best wishes, kind thoughts and positive feelings I send you.

Ok! Let's have us a baby! :D

Well, contractions have been happening since around 5 this evening, and since, I have bathed, walked around wal-mart for an hour, tried laying down for 2.5 hours, and sat up here for a while. Nothing is making them go away yet....

-crosses her fingers-

I am excited...... I'll be thinking of you all night and morning...

Bless the both of you.

:D

Ok, as another one hits, and my back starts to ache... I am going to go take a warm shower. I will be back when I am finished, though, so never fear! Updates are near! (grins... I'm a poet, and I didn't even know it!)

Val, no offense luv, but unless you have an epidural handy, I a NOT having this baby here on the net! And I want a post on that RP thread when I get back! Please???

Gilly, you're having a December 4 baby? What an excellent child. Destined for great things, I tell you. Absolutely wonderful things!

just checking in to see if you are still with us? :)

-sighs- Yup... Think I am gonna go try to lay down again, though. Cause if I AM in labor, sleep is a good thing. -chuckles-

What's weird is... (and I am sure most women go through it)

I have done this 2 times already. Yet, I am still second guessing myself, and wonderng... is this it?!

Good luck, Gilly. I wish you a happy and relatively pain-free delivery. I remember mine both vaguely. I got good drugs. Small own hospital that didn't do epidurals at the time. nice shot of stadol in my thigh let me sleep thru most of my labor. :)

Again, best wishes to you and the family, and may you have a happy, healthy new baby. :)

-giggles- With number 1, I took Stadol 2x, before breaking down, and screaming for my epidural!

They didn't give me anything at all... not so much as a tylenol, with number 2.

I am going in screaming for the epidural right away this time!

Anyway, I am going to try to sleep some. If I do end up going to the hospital before my 11am dr's appt, then I will let you know :)

-hugs everyone-

Congratulations in advance. :)

Hugs and best wishes for a happy, healthy, beautiful baby. Here's hoping for a quick and painless birth for you.

Is it a boy or girl or haven't you wanted to know?

Wishing you a good nap. I napped with no 1. It was lovely. No 2? Damn he was in a hurry! Woke and found myself having contractions 2 mins apart. I had him five hours later. :)

Labor...

My thoughts are with you as you welcome a brand new human being to planet earth! Such a gift! Wrap yourself in wonder. No matter how many children one has had it is still magic each time a new life is brought forth. Congrats!!

Oh, Gilly Bean, I'm going to guess since you didn't come back since your last visit that you are in the hospital giving birth.

My thoughts and prayers are with you - you'll soon have a beautiful baby to hold and snuggle with - the miracle of babies - that blessed baby scent and the little puffs of hair on their heads.

Good Luck, Gilly!

She might be sleeping! But yeah, it could be a good day for a new baby! :D

I'll look forward to checking in when I get home tonight to see if there's a new Lit baby in the world yet!

Good luck, Gilly.
