Why are there just some crappy movies that are always on...can't they just die!

Beastmaster (the first one)

We used to call HBO "Hey, Beastmaster's On"

Road House with Patrick Swazey (sp)

It's on every week somewhere

And yes...I've seen it far too many times:D

yup, thats another...

course its always funny when Ted Turner gets his panties all bunched up by getting a new movie and playing 17 times in one weekend on TNT

I saw Tremmers in a movie theater!

Loved it.

Part 2 sucked big time.

Tremors series was on last weekend, or was it the one before. I didn't pay a lot ofattention!

Tremors. We have one and three on video. We plan to get the series on DVD.

It's an awesome movie. Three totally rocked.

Burt Gummer is my hero.

"You broke into the wrong Goddamned rec room, didn't ya you bastard!"

Heh.

so do I Aphrodisiac...just not every week:)

Well, you do have a point there ... but I really don't mind seeing Patrick and Sam Elliot on screen... :D

Why is it when one station is showing crappy movies the rest follow suit.? Seems like all the stations have been showing mainly old crappy ones lately:(

I don't watch TV so I really hve no idea how often these movies are on. The last thing I watched on TV was the episode of Everyone Loves Raymond when Raymond's wife made him leave the house so she could cry all day. How long ago was that!?!?

Now if JB were on TV - I'd watch! :D

On a related note ... when did "Speed" and "Predator 2" become "American Movie Classics?"

there is the part three? i haven't watched that one. do you mean it was better than the original one?

I turned the t.v. on last night for the first time in weeks, but that was only because the tornado warning sirens were going off, and I was wondering if I needed to head for the cellar or not.

On comedy central they always have that one with Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd "Trading Places", or "Switching Places" Can't remember which.

Drives me bonkers.

For some reason, "The Philadelpia Story" seems to always be on here. Not that it's not a truly excellent film, but really I can't see it more than once a year.

You've not been here long enough.

Wait till your viewing figures for the Dambusters reaches three figures, till Ben Hur's chariot race is totally predictable and you can quote the script of the Magnificent Seven!:)

I don't actually believe my husband would think that the Magnificent Seven could in fact be shown too many times. Or the Dirty Dozen.

You don't get sucked into them??? Okay...when it's beautiful outside the last thing I do is turn on the TV. But when it's cold or rainy, I find myself oddly drawn to those movies. It's kind of like the Sunday afternoon Monster movie thing with all of the cheezy Godzilla movies. You know you shouldn't.....but you do.
