Mohegan Sun is pretty decent and serves me Jamesons every time I ask for it.

Foxwoods has gone downhill and become a dump like you describe. Same for Oneida in Green Bay.

Tribe members' educations and healthcare are paid for. They have paid to improve public parks and spaces throughout our small central California county. During the massive forest fire a couple months ago they shut down the casino and turned their resort into a massive evacuation shelter.

Not all Native American casino operators are evil.

I know of one that pay 50k a year to every tribal member.

A few outsource their casino building and management. The Seminoles/hard rock in Tampa being a example.
